What started as a small family operation has grown into a team of over 100 people working across our Point Reyes farm and Petaluma creameries. As a multi-generational, women-owned family business, we’ve built our company on values that have guided us for more than a century: hard work, respect for the land, and care for the people around us. 

Our family’s story began in 1901, when our great-grandfather, Tobia, left Italy in search of opportunity. That same spirit shapes us today. Many of our employees are immigrants themselves, drawn by the same desire to build a good life and be respected for their contributions. No matter where our team members come from, what language they speak, how they worship, or who they love, we stand with them against bigotry in all forms.
